As of 1 February 2006 NetPriva will address the German speaking market with a strong local presence, broader resources, and the best price / performance in bandwidth and network performance management.

Hamburg based Delwave Distribution GmbH will expand its existing distribution commitment to NetPriva through the establishment of a NetPriva Support Centre offering comprehensive pre-and post sales support and a NetPriva Authorized Training Centre with a complete focus on the requirements for the German speaking market (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). On top of this Delwave will provide complete logistics services including next business day service. msConsult, the former representative of NetPriva, will continue to provide certain services within the new integrated concept.

Holger Germer, Delwave Distribution’s Managing Director, stated “We are excited at the prospects for our expanded ‘Representative Distributor’ role with NetPriva. There is now a solid base of NetPriva customers and resellers in Germany and this, together with new NetPriva products will see rapid growth in NetPriva sales in the German speaking market. We will be looking for more regional distributors and resellers to cover selected market segments.”

NetPriva provides bandwidth and network performance management solutions that are already in use by major German organizations including VW Bank, smart car (part of Daimler Chrysler), BG Phoenics, and Mueller Milch. “We are very pleased to have this extra commitment from Delphin and to grow our share of the German speaking market in collaboration with their professional sales, technical, and support team”, said Peter Vroom, NetPriva’s Sales and Marketing Director.

“We have new NetPriva products to release in the coming weeks that should suit the needs of the German market, in particular all those organizations that operate networks to smaller branch offices and that have lacked a cost effective bandwidth and network performance management solution for the business critical system users in those branches up until now.”
